Preseason: Monday 26 and Tuesday 27

There was a full week of pre-season games, many new and old players were playing this week, and teams cut down their roster for this years season. Here's what happened in the beginning of the week.
Nashville Predators and Florida Panthers had split squads Monday, Panthers winning the first game 4-3 but Predators winning the second one 4-0. The goal scorers for the Panthers were Eetu Luotarinen, Kai Schwindt, Ryan and Lomberg and Aleksander Barkov on OT. The goal Scorers for the Predators were Juuso Parssinen, Roland Mckeown, Ryan Johansen, Filip Forsberg, Cody Glass, Colton Sissons and Tanner Jeannot.
The New Jersey Devils beat the Montreal Canadiens 2-1. Though Cole Caufield scores the first and only goal for Montreal, Tomas Tatar and Graeme Clarke sealed the win for the New Jersey team. Los Angeles Kings also won 2-1 in overtime against the Las Vegas Golden Knights. Jack Eichel scored the only goal for the Knights and Kevin Fiala and Adrian Kempe scored the two goals for the Kings.
Kraken beat the Oilers 3-0. The only goal scorers that night were Matty Beniers, Ryan Donato, and Morgan Geekie. St. Louis Blues were also able to prevent a goal from the Dallas stars and win 4-0, Logan Brown, William Bitten and Josh Leivo, who scores twice, are the goal scorers of the game. The New York Rangers take the last Monday win 4-1 against the rival team, New York Islanders. Only Robin Salo scores for the Isles and Jimmy Vesey, Chris Kreider, K'andre Miller and Jack Jones score the goals for the Rangers.
Tuesday the Carolina Hurricanes beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 5-1. Only Vladislav Namestnikov scored for the Lightning while Andrei Svechnikov, Paul Stastny, Sebastian Aho, Seth Jarvis and Malte Stromwall scored for Carolina. The New Jersey Devils took their back to back win against the New York Islanders with a final of 4-1. Only Nikita Soshnikov scored for the Islanders and Yegor Sharangovich, Dougie Hamilton, Jack Hughes and Erik Haula scored for the Devils. Then the Detroit Red Wings scored big winning 6-2 against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Dominik Kubalik, Filip Zadina, Elmer Soderblom, and Steven Kampfer scored for the Detroit team while only Brock McGinn and Bryan Rust scored for the Pittsburgh team.
The Boston Bruins later beat the New York Rangers 3-2. A.J. Greener scored twice for the Bruins as well as Oskar Steen scored once while Adam Fox and Alexis LaFrenière scored for the Rangers. Buffalo Sabres beat the Philadelphia Flyers 2-1, with Brandon Biro scoring the only two goals for Buffalo and Travis Konecy scoring for Philadelphia. Dallas beats Arizona in OT 4-3. Ryan Shea, Joel Kiviranta and Mason Marchment, who scores twice, all score for the Stars as well as Shayne Gostisbehere, Nick Bjugstad, and Vladislav Kolyachonok score for the Coyotes.
Winnipeg Jets win on Tuesday night against the Ottowa Senators 5-3. Daniel Torgersson(x2), Michael Eyssimont, Ville Heinola, and Kyle Connor score for the Jets. Tyler Motte, Cole Reinhardt and Shane Pinto score for the Senators. Saint Louis Blues win again 4-1 Against the Chicago Blackhawks. Ryan O'Reilly, Justin Faulk, Nikita Alexandrov and Griffin Luce score for the Blues and Cole Guttman scores for the Blackhawks. Minnesota Wild beat the Colorado Avalanche 5-2. Alex Newhook and Martin Kaut score for Colorado and Tyson Jost (x2), Nic Petan, Vladislav Firstov, Brandon Duhaime.
Seattle Kraken went 3-0 against the Calgary Flames. Daniel Sprong, Jaden Schwartz and Andrew Poturalski scored for the Kraken team. The last game was won by the San Diego Sharks against the Anaheim Ducks. Noah Gregor, Scott Reedy, Danil Gushchin, Max Veronneau and Jonah Gadjovich scored for the Sharks but Hunter Drew, Glenn Gawdin (x2), and Josh Lopina scored for the Ducks.
